Where to begin?
Let’s start with the fact the owner is a fraud - as in went to prison for fraud.
The company has extremely unrealistic expectations of working hours. If you are doing less than 14 hours per day you are considered to be a slacker and told you are inefficient in your job.
Training is absolutely minimal. You’ll be trained to the most basic level of being useful, then left to stagnate. Any training on marketing strategy is jealously guarded by the owner for fear that people will leave and become competitors.
Staff turnover is extremely high, partly because of the unrealistic workload, partly because of the below industry average salary, and partly because of the highly toxic culture.
Almost every staff member who leaves is constructively dismissed, and the rest of the team are manipulated to turn against them then instructed not to talk to them once they are gone, likely so the truth of their departure doesn’t come out. Also, if you do leave of your own accord, count yourself lucky if your new employer doesn’t receive a slanderous defamatory email about you.
Client results and reports are manipulated or falsely reported to show ‘upwards trends’ that are at best misleading, and at times, completely fraudulent.
There are so many horror stories, they can’t all be listed, but if you’re considering working here, find an ex-employee on LinkedIn (find multiple), and ask them. They all have a similar story to tell.
