Friendly work environment, easy job to do

Company is pretty poor and foot traffic is slow

There is a lot of free time, I can craft while on clock while no customers in the store.

Management seems to play favorites constantly. Upper management looks over the store managers transgressions but ill come down full force on the staff deemed rude, or inappropriate.
