Cons
Where to start? Management is full of individuals who have never been in a manager position before. They'll preach about how "approachable" they are, along with how they "appreciate critism." Once confronted with an issue, they become defensive and fire you with some sort of excuse. The timesheet you submit will change, and time will be charged to projects not being worked on by management. This was questioned by myself, which resulted in a defensive and abrasive battle with upper management. The in-office work enviornment was hostile and inappropriate. You'll deal with highly inappropriate conversations, which was encouraged by management, as you are on the phone with clients. Retaliation does occur here. Don't bother reaching out to HR, as this will come back to punish you. Ethics, as well as respect does not occur here. You'll be promised work that will be given to somebody else. As much as you reach out with lack of work, they do not care. Not to mention, mental health and a healthy work environment is preached here... unless you don't align with their non-existent values.
