Pros
The people at Atypical Digital is what get's the 5th star of my review. There's a fun, quirky culture in local offices and teams are close-knit but welcoming. Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with feeling of hierarchy. There's also flexible work from home and vacation policies. The company puts value one human connections and although this culture is still developing, there are some creative working styles (like live video chats with clients) that make client relationships more genuine and productive.
Cons
Communication from upper management can use some work when it comes to consistency and frequency, but that's not for lack of transparency. Lack of clear growth opportunities at mid tiers may be a con to some but those with an entrepreneurial spirit won't meet much opposition with demonstrated motivation to forge their own path upwards.
