      Pros

      As a consultant you is allocated to the customer and most of interactions occurs there. On Aubay side they just pay my salary every month and it's okay for me. Also there are many HR programs for who want to interact with colleagues and fell as a part of the company.

      Cons

      Most of Aubay employee after 1 year leave the company due either low salary offer or Aubay's customer offer a good opportunity. I think it is a cons because I really like the model of contract we have today.

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
