      I appreciate the open communication, good atmosphere, great people, and this companies genuinely cares about its employees and it shows!!!

      Pros

      There truly are some wonderful people who work here that deserve better.

      Cons

      First, the current CEO is Sal Longo and it is stunning how he treats everyone here. Every single interaction with him feels like an interrogation. He uses fear to "motivate" everyone here. In no way is he inspiring or capable of leading others. Absolutely no one here likes him since he took over the company.
