We agree that having a positive work environment is key to ensuring we have an engaged, productive workforce and appreciate your courage in posting your feelings on this matter. We definitely don’t want our employees to feel that HR is not here for them and does not take action on complaints that have been filed. If you would like to contact me personally, I’d be willing to discuss these matters. If not, we will soon be launching a leading edge employee survey used by most ‘best place to work’ companies because we want to offer our employees multiple avenues for providing direct feedback.
