Pros
For almost three years I have worked at Auctionmaxx. The level of experience and knowledge I have attained has taught me to be more in tune with the realities and importance of interacting with people. It amazes me on a daily basis on how much man power it takes to run a company like Auctionmaxx. It takes a lot brains and common sense to accomplish what needs to get done on a weekly basis. Which I do respect. If you work hard and can handle constructive criticism towards your job performance, your work ethic will be noticed and rewarded. You can climb the ladder very quickly. This is what happened for me. It wasn’t easy but challenging. I believe that I have evolved to be a better person, have learned a lot and developed a stronger will working at Auctionmaxx.
