As an IT Support person, this company doesn't have any Pros.

Cons

My experience working here was stressful, This company is purely into sales and wants the service team to work as a salesperson. Most of the clients are still using on-premise hardware, old technologies and Audcomp just wants them to use the hardware so they can sell hardware and earn more profit from it. Management is too much into staff's. Not providing enough time to diagnose the issue, and collaborate with other employees to resolve the issue. They still do not know how MSP employees work as a team and grow their technical abilities.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may feel demanding for newcomers. Some internal processes could be more streamlined. Limited hybrid/remote flexibility for certain roles due to client-facing work.
