Cons
Nasty nasty culture, ruled by fear. Employees are being threatened almost everyday, nobody knows when will be their turn to have their head on the chopping board. Can confirm the upper management is running around like headless chickens, nobody knows what their doing most of the time, except slave driving their subordinates. Even though the company is earning profits month on month, but compensation is not even matching the amount of work to be done. For a company with such high profit margin, increment is lesser than inflation rate. Mistakes are often not tolerated, and working here you better be 100% perfect and put in your 150% effort in order to survive. And that's the bare minimum. Oh and they don't like to promote from within because, why right? When you can just slave drive the person until they finally give up.
