      Pros

      With product training and other development investment to broaden staff’s exposure and knowledge on different topics (golf, f&b etc). Most staff also get to travel to Switzerland for training at headquarter.

      Cons

      Internal communication can be improved. In general information and decisions are quite opaque.

      The benefits here are incredible

      Cons

      Everything else. Teams are under resourced, job descriptions are not accurate, and the decision makers at HQ are extremely cold/mean to people. Multiple roles including mine were bait & switches. This company says one thing in the interview process, and then the role itself turns into something completely different. Many people are working multiple roles here. It's not a healthy environment for some.
