Use of SME’s in their respective disciplines is encouraged with open honest communication and healthy challenge. Teams are autonomous and implementing SAFe with great success. Cadence and predictability has improved as well as team confidence and collaboration. New strategy has been shared with opportunities for new technology, products and services to last well into the future providing exciting opportunities for staff to achieve their development goals. Culture is a healthy supportive one across wider tech largely improved with in person interaction encouragement of involvement in challenges, incidents and initiatives for all tech staff. Increment planning was an enjoyable event that improved interpersonal relationships and cohesive planning across teams.
