      - Excelent Work Atmosphere - Good Payment - Excelent Compensations and Benefits (compared to similar companies) - Free Transport to and from around the company

      - Long commute - Hard to grow inside the company - Relative new company so there's a lot of processes that are not yet correctly implemented

      Pros

      Everything about Audi was a pro, the people, my boss, the entire management team, flexibility, the pay, the perks, company vehicle and incentives!

      Cons

      The major lay off and not knowing how essential our jobs were to the field and how the stores needed us in order to sell product and for product to look visually appealing to the consumer!

      Lunch on Saturdays, closed most holidays and Sundays.

      Bi polar unprofessional management team that lead with a do as I say leadership style while the sales reps do all the work. Pay is terrible and so are the hours. High turnover
