      Pros

      High-achieving employees and teams who do excellent work. Good total comp. Perks like commuting expenses, free lunch, and good mat leave.

      Cons

      Increasing Amazon interference means Audible is losing its unique identity. Random corporate RIFs keep employees on edge and overworked, resulting in poor morale. Long tenures are increasingly seen as a negative.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
