Amazon RSUs which are pretty much at an all time high so your chances of getting a high mark up in the near future is less, free food of average quality, Amazon name on the resume. They have a great product (only product) complimented by absolutely pathetic tech org behind it
Cons
This place is completely plagued by a cadre of stooges who have created an obnoxious culture and bear down heavy on the worker bees. Most of the middle management are unscrupulous and demonstrate no spine. The top management is completely delusional. They have a complete toxic culture yet they are hell bent on Making Newark Great Again. The directors and above blatantly lie to the junior staff and set wrong expectations. Things move extremely slow here at a comatose pace. There are some leaders from shady previous organizations who pretend to be visionaries like Steve Jobs. Absolutely pathetic HR practices. Analysts and engineers are treated like toilet paper. Family needs and vacations are the least priority of this organization. This company's tech staff always walk the revolving door with very high attrition rates.
