      Pros

      I worked with a small, super talented, smart, fun, and no-BS team. The vibe was great overall, and going into office was never something I dreaded (other than traffic!).

      Cons

      Working remotely from west coast with all east-coast New Jersey people was a challenge at times- time differences, and disconnect bc of not being face to face. Legacy Amazon tech platforms were also very clunky, outdated and error prone.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
