Poor compensation, bare minimum severance packages (1 week per year worked), tense work culture (imagine someone asking how was your weekend and being met with silence from the group), unlimited PTO disguised as 4 weeks (anything more than 4 weeks and HR will chat with your manager, confirmed that this happened to me), management never has the best interest of employees. The mid-market product is also struggling heavily. They also insist you be perfect; mistakes aren’t allowed without being flagged. Lack of recognition. And lastly: NO growth opportunities. I’m serious, look at employees in the department you want to work for and count how many got promoted in the past 2 years. They do NOT have good long term career opportunities here.
