Pros

Good people, good flexibility, good culture - good place to learn a lot!

Cons

Pays below average and it’s still getting equipped with SDLC so there are a lot of growing pains that come with that. Also quite top heavy.

Pros

Not really that much to be honest

Cons

Nepo hires. There is no EEO at this company. You either know someone or you leave. Low pay compared to market values, terrible benefits that won't even cover my medically necessary medications. Super long commute and they refuse to have a shuttle from the nearby train station to the building. They also have no busses going through this industrial complex so its either you walk 1.5 miles from the train station across highways with 65 MPH limits or you drive. No other options exist.
