Pros
Amazingly, staff are united and shows team work whenever there is a problem to deal with. Seniors are helpful and do not play much office politics.
Cons
Current Manager enjoy talking untrue tales about staff behind their backs while the partner will believe and berate staff. Protecting her own interest first and push staff to the forward line of scolding. Partner do not give staff the basic respect whenever her mood is affect by external reasoning other than work. Turnover rate can be safely the worst in SIngapore. Begging for ones' pay is extremely normal.
