Thank you for your review - and sorry to hear you didn't enjoy working with us. We can assure you that as an HR team we do care about our employees and do not consider them as mere resources. The fact that you got this impression though during your time here is a major red flag for us to have some conversations with management team and address any policies and practices that could be providing this impression to employees. First off, we have reminded local management to share our high-level roadmaps with all employees early during their time with us so they can see where and how they fit in - and why their work is so valuable to our team's efforts! We are also working to improve our Performance Management Programming so that when employees are struggling in the workplace, they have a clearer idea on where to go in order to continue to thrive at AugRay.
