Needs improvement - Software Engineer Augment (WI) Employee Review

Flexible schedule - I was part time and had control over when I worked. The pay is really good. They trained me for the job and gave raises frequently. I really loved working here! Both bosses are kind, compassionate, good at their job, helpful, and available as needed.

No real downsides of the company. I had some weird clients that were difficult, but that's not the fault of Augment.

I am truly grateful to be a part of this amazing organization. The company offers an excellent work-life balance and fosters a supportive and inclusive work culture. During my time here, I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience, which has significantly enhanced my skills. The positive and encouraging environment motivates me to give my best every day. This is truly a place where employees can thrive both professionally and personally. Highly recommend!

In my view, there is nothing to dislike about my company, and even if I were to search for any, I know I would never find any dislikes in my lifetime.
