      - Company had strong sales team - Salary low but on time

      Cons

      - Very strict and non sense rules - No technical mentor, have to do all by yourself. - Management and seniors are just CEO family members and don't have domain knowledge - They bring good projects but no ability to provide good support or service to their clients.

      Pros

      Professional and quality service is adorable. The desired target of the client is achieved with detailed conviction. Team Work like a family and togetherness is appreciable. Every client is seek as an individual associate and address with complete courtesy.

      Cons

      Too much pampering/care to the employees and clients is overwhelming.
