Interesting problems are being considered but without much leadership. Could have been a big company but it looks like they're not going to make it.

Cons

Office environment was fine but business structure was very top-heavy. Need more people on the 'front lines' to solve big problems.

Great technology, too bad the management and investors couldn't align on the true objectives

Too many members of the senior management were out of their "comfort" zone and couldn't grasp the markets that needed to be served

Great Pay, casual environment; lots of creative employees.

Cons

To many executives for such a small company. Operational costs are high. company has been very slow in achievement big scale production.
