Shaky studio - Tech Artist Aurora Punks Employee Review

I had a great time working at Aurora Punks. Got to work with several different interesting projects together with some really cool people working there.

Nothing to say really, I think it was a bit messy in the beginning but when I left in 2024 it felt structured and people seemed happy in general.

Some of the people who work there are super nice and pleasant to be around!

Bad management, stressful environments with messy projects where things changes on a whim. Blatant favouritism where upper management are friends or family of the CEO and are a tier above the rest of the people at the company. Has a total lack of transparency against the people who work there from upper management, and criticism or suggestions how to improve are either ignored or met with reprisal.
