Pros
Working at Ausenco has some positives, such as decent benefits and weekly team get-togethers that help people connect and decompress. Those efforts are appreciated and do add some balance to the workweek.
Cons
Working at Ausenco has its positives, but overall my experience wasn't the best. The work environment can feel unstable at times, and there's a strong sense that employees are easily replaceable. This makes it difficult to feel secure or valued in your role. Asking for a raise is extremely challenging. The process feels intimidating, and management doesn't create an environment where employees feel comfortable advocating for fair compensation. It often seems like requests for raises are discouraged and ignored (I had to wait 3 weeks just to speak with my manager about it), which can be discouraging for anyone hoping to grow within the company. While some teams and managers try to support you, the overall culture doesn't always seem to prioritize employee growth or long-term development. If you're looking for stability and a workplace that truly invests in its people, Ausenco may not be the ideal fit.
