      They have their own equipment, good customer relationships, easy to have repeat clients, tips

      Cons

      Faulty equipment, terrible vans with lots of repairs, no concern for human or animal safety, long hours (which are unpaid for), traffic, very low commission rate, virtually no incentives, no promotions, no upward mobility, virtually no benefits

      Pros

      I love my clients and the views were nice. 35% commission to start with on high ticket values plus tips generally equals 25-30 per hour on a 10 hour 4 day a week schedule.

      Cons

      The routes are widespread. Like 30-60s between appointments and you are not compensated for drive time. Vans get hot on the inside during summer definitely have a thermometer to make sure it’s safe to work for you and the pets.
