Great people, bad pay - Supervisor, Theme Park Aussie World Employee Review

Seeing families enjoy themselves in the park. There have been a lot of great people working there that were brilliant to work with. If this place doesn't break you completely, at least you'll be stronger for it and discover how great he outside world is when you leave.

Owners and new GM (former accountant) have zero interest in team culture or have any understanding how to develop a great business. It creates a horrible place to exist and i've seen it break many good people.

The job is great short term as the pay is great, the job is fun and easy, and you learn a lot of new things

The job gets very repetitive after 6-12 months. Working over the summer in the sun with minimal shelter on some rides can be very draining
