There are no cons from my perspective.

Pays well Allows overtime Some people are nice and worth more than what they were dealt

Management is a Boys Club (Misogynistic & Full of Reliving the "Good ol days") Practices and Technology are stuck in the past decade HR is a complete joke No sort of training provided (not that they would be able to)
