-you’ll find friendships here that will turn into a second family. - you’ll get plenty of OT since you are over worked. -scrubs. -Holiday pay -Being able to travel all over TX

Cons

-overworked for LITTLE pay -supervisors pick favorites -the lazy employees get more money than the hard working -Doctors will let you know your replaceable -HR and CEO dont care about you

Whether it’s helping a team member who is going through a tough time at home, mentoring staff to facilitate their growth, or recognizing someone for their contributions, we’ve shown caring in a lot of ways. Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.
