Amazing people, least toxic culture I've ever experienced, you can't but help feel exacted for the future potential

Cons

Zero responsibility or accountability for projects running late. In fact it is the norm. People would be surprised if projects are on time. It's expected all project run late, by at least 2 to 3 years, even before construction or design has begun.
