      New management blindly made a large portion of the business redundant, now backtracking and expecting those left to pick up the slack with less resources.

      Pros

      Great staff and vibe and they take care of you. Lots of after work or during work events to break up the days and perks.

      Cons

      Salary is too small for all the time and dedication that goes into the job. People perform better for more too.

      Can be fun at times. The people there are generally really genuine, good people.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Managers who don't understand how to manage staff and are more concerned with their own ego. Lots of overtime with no pay or time in lieu.
