Over the years the organisation has built in complexity and have made poor structural decisions that have resulted in a lot of unnecessary resource spend and time wasted.
The recent restructures have taken a big toll on individuals and teams especially because that big Domain shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
What started as a glowing, growing and exciting story, has turned into a big mess with management trying to undo team alignment and trying to fix culture.
Many issues with the international offices around reporting lines and unclear accountabilities. People have been put into senior management positions when they don’t fully understand the operating model of the Trustee organisation - or understand the core purpose of those international offices.
Also, there really isn’t any real career progression path even if you are a proactive individual serious about your contributions and career opportunities.
