The co-working space is good. The food area is also fine. Shift timings are convenient.
Cons
On the first day, a proper introduction should be done with the team which was not done, and this led to feeling left out for many days. No proper way of orientation or training for new joiners. At least one person in the team should be aligned with one or two newbies who should be assigning them the task and the work-related things.

It has great working environment with consideration for each individual, it provides working flexibility for me and I am able to manage my own time with my work. I also enjoy working with the coworkers here as they seems like their work as well.

Not really a con, but something to always be working on as the company continues to grow globally, look for opportunities to further streamline internal collaboration across regions. Strengthening cross-functional alignment would make an already strong culture even more connected.
