Where to start....1. owners are all drama, full of lies, and $ motivated and could care less about the kids. 2. Do they even background check...based on people I worked with ....NO 3. Witness other therapists abusing kids and reported to owner who swept it under the rug Don't be fooled by the fake niceness...place is evil....would never leave my kids there.
The owner and supervisors are in it for the money.
Politics within the company are off the chain
The company will fire or push you out if you don't align with their manipulative game.
Not a lot of room for career advancement
They do not supervise future BCBAs in school
