Terrible company from start to finish. I stayed a year as I really cared about the service users and hoped things would get better. >Management was terrible - suited themselves and treated support workers terribly. >long shifts (12hr +) and no breaks >Constant feeling of management talking about you as they were always talking about someone >Unfair rotas >Terrible pay >Service users were the last thing on managements mind which is appalling > Driven for money and care packages yet supposed to be a charitable organisation I could keep writing!
