Pros
Training staff are great and all supervisors are friendly. I loved working with kids at a school setting. They pay you a little extra when you work with a client on weekends. My supervisor was great and was quick to respond when I had questions or needed help.
Cons
I could not get more hours. I had to work 5 days, but each day was only 3-4 hours max. It was too much driving for too little work. I contacted HR regarding the need for more hours and they said it was out of their hands. There was no exit interview, so HR pretty much didn't care. Just like people said, they're sneaky with the way they set up your schedule. Also, the way Behavioral Technicians taught kids were not consistent. Not much room for growth in the company. No compensation for gas, unless you drive over 20 miles. 20 miles is a lot of distance, especially in LA, that was well over a 2 hours commute sometimes to a client. Another tough thing is that you see clients half way into a day, so this is a job you have to work around; the job doesn't want to work around you. You're not allowed to change the schedule you submit within the first 3 months of your employment.
