Cons
Tiring & Extensive schedule (make sure you clarify your hours and work days because once you write “available” you may have 3+ cases (kids) in one day it can be stressful with the different behaviors plus driving time. A personal Con is during pandemic I was afraid to return to same work environment (multiple clients homes) after getting sick on the job. The support I received was slim, I even asked to work in office, or another job position and instead I was let go because I disagreed with working in many homes during a pandemic in which was the reason I became sick in the first place. I was employed long enough with good rapport to have been supported to change job positions but because of this I was asked to stay in a position that I no longer felt safe doing. Honestly besides this, the company is supportive while you are hands on.
