Pros
Flexible hours, amazing supervision, learning and growth opportunities, open and consistent communication between staff and families, happy atmosphere, approachable honest environment, complete lack of negativity, etc. Watching children learn and grow is the best “soul soup” there is!
Cons
I can’t think of any, unless driving more than once per day is an issue for a person. It is not for myself. I have worked at another ABA company before and as awesome as they were, this company is that much better (in my humble opinion) As an employee, I feel my voice is heard and that any issue that may arise is approachable and solvable without bringing home stress.
