      Great for new college grads getting their foot through the door for experience or need a part time job

      Cons

      Manager will low ball and only will negotiate pay if he likes you. Benefit package is absolute trash. HR does not care and neither do any of the other managers. Nobody knows what they’re doing- leads to confusion within the team and no structure

      Team was friendly and work environment was like your traditional office. Was a good role for beginning a career.
