Pros
Ok company for a starting career. Hours are good. When we qualify for bonuses, they are decent. Most of the people I work with are dedicated employees and good to work with. We try to lift each other up. Company is stable.
Cons
Greatly underpaid with extremely high volume caseloads. Management does not care that we have high caseloads. They still nit pick files apart and micromanage, leaving employees feeling unappreciated and belittled. Management is not held to any standards. Most of the time management is doing nothing to help employees who are overwhelmed with excessive work. A lot of the managers are seen on cell phones or socializing. I have seen managers bully good, hardworking employees. If you go to them or their upper manager about an issue, you then get bullied or don't get a good raise the next performance evaluation. Managers never compliment or praise you for going above and beyond. Training is terrible. Basically, you learn the position yourself through trial and error. Management does not communicate with each other in regards to how something should be done. You are told 4 different things by 4 different managers. This is very confusing, and they ultimately come down on the employee for tasks not being completed properly or in a timely manner. They do not appear to truly care about their employees, even if they are hard working, reliable, and with good attitude.
