The pay is consistently under market value for every position. The salaries are grossly low compared to other companies. Many employees are leaving and getting $30-$40k salary raises on average, with a much more competitive benefits package. Profit sharing bonuses have not been obtained in last couple of years, which many people count on for total compensation.
Moreover, the underwriting is nonexistent. Management is more concerned with task count and pleasing agents than the art of underwriting and maintaining profitability. The underwriting position has become more of a glorified customer service role.
