      Slow paced easy work for the most part.

      Nepotism rules the company and they only give a 2.9% raise every year at the most even if you have a stellar review.

      Pros

      Overtime is plentiful, it's a steady paycheck. A lot of locations and its possible to move around. There are career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Pay is not the best for the workload. Alot of corporate BS A ton of negative changes since Kinderhook bought them. Pricing is all over the place creating upset customers all the time.
