I was brought into a lower level technical role but was given every opportunity to learn and advance in my department and my area of expertise. I have done everything from Client Support, training, and Implementation. The only limit to what I could do was my expertise. Great environment to work in. My team really feels like a family to me.

Since I came into a technical position with no technical background, I had to put in a lot of time to get up to speed.

Coworkers are awesome. The culture is like that of a family, we all look out for each other. The compensation is very much based on your work...you go above and beyond then you will definitely be recognized and compensated accordingly....you do minimal work just to get through the day then you will be compensated according to that. The opportunity for growth and advancement within the company is fantastic. I have had two promotions in my three years, and so have many of my other coworkers. The office itself is a great place to come to everyday - it's clean, modern, stylish, and the break room is like none I've ever seen in an office before. All in all, a great company and great place to work.

The internal training could be a bit better to help new employees.
