Pros
I joined the company with mid level dev experience and was able to learn and grow over time. Company provided good benefits for me and my family, and they improved over time. Worked on some challenging projects over the years. Always felt that leadership cared about me and did their best to help me grow.
Cons
Automotive industry was tough and customers were super demanding and confrontational. Hard to unplug from the small team size at times.
