      The day I left, that was a Pro.

      Cons

      Robust change, no support helicopter management, reviewing compliance standards with little understanding of legacy constraints . A pig with lipstick is still a pig.

      Previous management was amazing, kind caring people

      Cons

      They moved along a lot of the managers, assistant managers and full timers that had been with the company 10+ to bring in mangers that have no car, audio or electronic experience and just destroyed the company and moral.
