      The colleagues are very helpful and team-work is really happening as well as appreciated. Innovation is encouraged. Everything can be questioned, which is really great.

      Cons

      While there are many trainings available and advancement paths, sometimes the process seems a little slow.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
