      Good health insurance, that's about it.

      Cons

      Depending on your area, you will be working 6 days a week, up to 10 hours a day and many times will be forced to work sundays. If you dare to have any plans on the weekend well tough luck, go in to work or you get a write up.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
