Pros

Autoliv says the right things about manufacturing quality products. In prior years it used to be a comfortable place to work with a vision that energized the workforce.

Cons

NOTE: I monitored business decisions that bothered me and quit of my own accord after a year of troubling choices. I had previously worked for the company for over six years. In recent years Autoliv has come to believe that employees are a resource to exploit. Mandatory overtime every weekend for non-exempt employees translating to mandatory unpaid for salaried employees is an obvious example. If you choose to work for this company you'll be part of a shrinking team with ever more responsibility placed on fewer and fewer employees, who in turn have less experience to meet the challenge.

Pros

Great people who care, good salaries.

Cons

Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
