Peaceful, Friendly, Even Paced, just a well rounded company

There is nothing to complain about at this company.

There's a concerted effort to make sure everyone knows and works by the Core Values. It's a small enough company you can really get to know people, even outside your department. I feel valued and appreciated for the work I do. Great family/work balance-40 hours/week is typical. I've never been asked to stay late or come in on the weekends.

Because it's a small company, the career ladder is short and crowded, but it's a worthy trade-off for the small-company atmosphere.
