- Trainings and certifications provided for the business / campaign you will be assigned to - Very good work / life balance - Very warm, fun and friendly people who treat you as family members - Almost no toxicity and workload is very light and manageable (at least for me during my tenure in both wity Aspex and their client - BSP - Filipino culture-centric because of course it is a Filipino company - Christmas Party Raffles and Giveaways

- Not really recommended for experienced peeps in IT due to their low compensation so dont expect much in terms of salary
